Reservations Deadline: Because of advance planning required by the meeting facility , our deadline for reservations is no later than 5pm Thursday evening before the meeting. Late reservations put a strain on our relationship with the meeting facility staff and result in extra work for the Arrangements Committee as they try to make accommodations. Walk-ins are welcome to attend, but there is no guarantee that a meal or seating will be available. Consider making Standing Reservations for the fiscal year (July through June). Members with Standing Reservations pay $1 less than the regular dinner price, and you only need to contact Arrangements if you can not attend a meeting or want to change your meal option.
